Family-run hotel located in a tourist area not far from Hostal Casa Cascada. Nice building with comfortable rooms and beds. Central location, just a 10-15 minute walk from German Beach.

The whole experience was excellent. Nice hotel, I liked it. The staff was helpful and affable and everything was excellent. Location: the venue was short walk to Santa Cruz and restaurants, travel agencies, attractions and Hostal Casa Cascada. Again, it was relatively close to an art gallery. The provided service was great...

I could enjoy a range of outdoor activities like cycling, fishing, and hiking. Free WiFi, room service, and a 24-hour front desk were available. I also had a great view of the city from my room's terrace.
Oh, and let's not forget the absolutely delightful surprise of not being allowed to bring my beloved pets along!

the beds were comfortable, facilities clean, and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. I appreciated their assistance in securing a ferry ticket and planning my trip. the owners and family were friendly and provided great advice on activities in the area. the location, although a 15-minute walk from the waterfront, allowed me to explore different parts of the city. Casa Cascada provided a clean and spacious accommodation at a very affordable price. Cons: Couldn't fault 🙌👌.

I couldn't believe the value for money at this place! I had my own room for the same price others were paying to share a hostel room. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They even cleaned my room every day!
The breakfast option could have been better with more variety.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. They even helped me secure a ferry ticket and plan my trip, which was a huge relief. The rooms were spacious, clean, and bright, with comfortable beds where I could rest after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect - situated in a neighborhood away from the most touristic areas, yet still close enough to the waterfront for a lovely 15-minute walk. This meant that I had easy access to all the food shops I needed in the touristic area. I found this hotel to be great value for money, with attention to detail and basic amenities that exceeded my expectations.
No improvement needed, everything was perfect.

The rooms were extremely clean and the staff was friendly. the laundry service was very efficient and there was a shop nearby that sold necessary items at affordable prices. the location was only a 15-20 minute walk from the main strip, which gave a taste of local life without being too touristy.
Although the room was spacious and clean, some of the amenities were not up to par. the kitchen was not easily accessible and the coffee area was limited.

Spacious and clean rooms, plus helpful staff who arranged tours for us. , there was a shop nearby if you need to stock up on provisions. The location was great as it was close to the center but still had a more local feel.
The area was noisy at night due to lots of dogs and roosters nearby. the kitchen was not very accessible and had extra charges if you used it for more than one meal.

The hotel was located in a strategic spot, near all the main attractions on the island. Staff were always willing to help, giving recommendations and advising on things to do. the room and bathroom were spacious and clean. the laundry service was fast and efficient.
There was some noise from the surroundings that made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
